Cancellation Policy
Because of this, orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this period, your order begins processing and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, Urban Evers will cover the cost of return shipping.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so our team can assist you.
For Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return shipping typically ranges between £15–£25, depending on the courier.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Wrong Item or Incorrect Size
If you receive an incorrect item or size, we will send you the correct one at no additional cost once the original item has been confirmed for return.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are typically processed within 3 working days of us receiving your return.

You have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused during delivery may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the above conditions are not met.
Tracking Your Return
Please ensure your return shipment includes a valid tracking number.
We cannot process refunds for items lost during return transit without proof of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm receipt by email and initiate your refund.
